What does Sidekick Log help me do?
Find Gmail conversations worth another look: an unanswered request, a commitment that has stalled, or an opportunity worth revisiting. See what it noticed and why, then open the original thread and decide what to do.
Does Sidekick Log send or change my email?
No. Gmail access is read-only. Sidekick Log cannot send, delete, move, archive, or label your messages. You take the action in Gmail.
Does Sidekick Log send my whole inbox to AI?
No. Core detection and storage are local to your Chrome profile; Sidekick Log does not create a cloud copy of your mailbox. AI enrichment is on by default, so selected context such as sender, subject, snippets, or relevant excerpts may be sent through our server to external inference providers. You can disable AI enrichment in settings. See how your data is processed.
Is my email safe?
Sidekick Log uses read-only Gmail access and cannot send, delete, move, archive, or label messages. Core detection and storage are local to your Chrome profile. AI enrichment is on by default and sends selected context through our server to inference providers (you can switch it off); review how your data is processed before connecting a sensitive mailbox.
Will it catch everything?
No. A signal can miss context or point to a thread you do not need. Check the original conversation before acting. See the current product scope.
Does it work when my computer is off?
No. Recurring checks need Chrome running, your device awake, an internet connection and Gmail access. It is not an always-on cloud inbox monitor.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. Sidekick Log helps you notice Gmail conversations worth attention. It does not replace your CRM as a system of record.
What do I need to get started?
Desktop Chrome and a Gmail account you are authorized to connect. Install the extension, connect Gmail, and run a scan. If sign-in fails, email hi@screate.co with your extension version and error message; do not send private email contents.
How do I disconnect?
Revoke access through your Google Account. Uninstalling removes the extension’s local Chrome storage. For account or billing-data requests, contact hi@screate.co.
Is there a free plan?
No permanent free plan. Sidekick Log is $99/month or $990/year, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge. See pricing.
